Breathing correctly helps the individual to deal better with stress, gives them more energy, aids digestion and leads to restful sleep. Many people feel the benefit from their very first session.
Meditation has been shown to be effective in reducing anxiety, fatigue, nervousness and stress. Learn 'Transcendental meditation' and Vipassana meditation'.
