Sports & Athletes CourseAchieve Your Best
A yoga course for footballers, runners, cyclists and other athletes. Learn to increase your flexibility, balance and whole body strength, leading to better form, efficiency and power in your sport. Yoga's emphasis on concentration and breath awareness also improves focus and mental endurance, giving you a true advantage at the end of a long race or training session.
[Option “A”] One-to-one sessionsThis individual approach is tailored to personal objectives with medical history and injuries in mind and held at a convenient location - assessed and priced accordingly.
[Option “B”] Group sessions
Group courses will start with the seasons: Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter and run for six weeks on Sunday in City Centre of Nottingham or Lady Bay.The aim is to steadily introduce and improve on all your experience of yoga.
£45 – Six x 60 minutes class credits – expires after 8 weeks
[please note: payment in advance to secure a place for one-to-one sessions and all group sessions].There are no "drop-in or one-off classes @ via academy due to limited space.
